We are extremely happy with the work that has been carried out by Malachy and his team. They went the extra mile to make the work less intrusive for us and did extra small things without question. We have also had the sink unit replaced in the kitchen. This was completed yesterday. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

There was a leak in the gutter with water cascading over the light above the back door. Mr Gordon came within an hour from my calling him. He and his right hand man worked quickly and efficiently. Problem fixed. Both men were friendly and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

I needed my flat porch roof looking at. Other tradesmen had told me that it had severe water damage and had dropped on one side and would cost £500-£600. After 5 minutes of Gordon Property Services taking a look they discovered my roof was in good condition and the issue was damp. The roof is now properly sealed and at a fraction of the price previously quoted by others! Highly recommend.

Two bed flat totally gutted, including old electrics removed. Floor tiles taken up. Ceilings skimmed, walls redecorated. Doors replaced. New boiler. Re-wiring and new electrics. New radiators. New bathroom. New kitchen and electric appliances. Painting throughout.
I was very impressed with the quality of Malachy’s work. From the start he kept me very well-informed, sending me an accurate estimate of the cost of the works, and updating me frequently and sending me itemised accounts. He was readily available on the ‘phone, by email and by text and always responded to any queries straightaway. He was ready to fit in with and discuss all my requests and my budget. We had regular discussions, starting with a meeting some weeks before commencing the job, to talk about everything in detail. Malachy is very pleasant, well-mannered, hard-working. Superb work.

Work was done to a high standard. Malachy kept in communication with me throughout the project. My bathroom is beautiful and exactly how I wanted it.

For me, this was a major project and I was looking to find a company which was reliable, transparent and cost-effective. Gordon Property managed to meet and exceed all of these things. They were very clear on the estimations and kept me well informed on a weekly basis on the schedules of work and bills of materials which were required. I actually extended the scope of work due to speed and quality of work which was delivered by the team. We actually have 6 in our family including a baby, the work was done with minimal impact on the family. All completed before Christmas, fantastic job!

Malachy was so knowledgeable regarding the job and gave us some great ideas that would maximise the result. Both him and Dave were very polite and friendly and obviously experienced in the work they were undertaking which meant we could use them to do all aspects of the work rather than having to find lots of different trades people. Each day I received updates on what had been done and what was planned for the following days. They kept the disruption to an absolute minimum and we’re very tidy. I’d have no hesitation in using Malachy and Dave for future jobs and thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely delighted with these guys as I needed a property totally refurbishing ready for a new tenant. They painted, installed a new bathroom suite and also sourced and replaced some kitchen appliances. Work was carried out to a high standard and I was kept informed at the end of each day as to what was happening and how things were progressing. Hi I just want to highly recommend Malachy Gordon! I’ve had an awful water leak at home for at least 4 months. I called one plumber who just came round and just said he couldn’t find leak and left me! The Housing Association wouldn’t help me either unless I confirmed it was structural?! Malachy found my plea on FB came round and found the problem, then he kindly wrote an email to A2 to confirm the problem. He has been amazing, I can’t praise him enough. I totally recommend him and I know I will defo use him again for any other jobs. Thank you.

Mr Gordon was the responder to an emergency request to our insurers. He gave sound and practical advice to our immediate problems and subsequently did the necessary remedial work. He gave us a fast timetable and there were no hidden costs or unnecessary expenses. Mr Gordon kept to his timetable – was minimally intrusive – was direct, friendly, and professional.
